Resources Management Database for Royal Mail Coventry Delivery Office

My graduation project is based on module TM422. I’ve successfully gathered the requirements, designed and implemented a database system to manage the HR and jobs allocation in Royal Mail’s delivery offices. The database was implemented using SQL and included relational constraints, views and stored procedures

Starting from requirements I’ve worked on the analysis of the delivery office requirements and converting these requirements into a database by going through the relational database theory:


Establish requirements (Data requirements) –> Data Analysis (Conceptual data model) –> Database design (Logical schema) –> Implementation (Schema and database)
